    Food is always good. Love the salads. One thing I didn't like is I wanted some wings but wanted all flats they wanted to charge me extra. So I went somewhere else where I wouldn't get charged extra. If I choose to visit your restaurant and spend my money why charge me extra. Smh

    This zaxbys in shelby needs to get their stuff together. Walked in and ordered our food because were thinking our order wouldn't be wrong. Think again it was wrong and chips burned to a crisp. We spent over 60 dollars on our food. A very expensive lesson learned. Next time I will double check my order before I leave.I do kno one thing zaxbys and some of the other fast food restaurants need to get their employees trained on everything from customer service to cooking food from chick fil a. Chick fil a is awesome from the food to the customer service and beyond.

    When it comes to chicken here comes zaxbys.probably the best fast food chicken after Chick-fil-A.

    Food was not good. Bought two kicking chicken meals that where so salty we couldn't eat them. Should have turned around went back to Zaxby. Thought I'd just call them back when home. That surely wasnt successful. Manager wanted receipt my boys didnt have receipts. One paid with his bank card and the other said cashier didnt give him one. So called corporate and that was not successful either. No response from them. So I want go back to Zaxbys. We didnt want any money returned just food replaced since it wasnt able to be eaten. We threw it away.
